I have driven my Green colored Gurkha only for touring purposes along with my wife and kid in the past 3.5 years of ownership. My Gurkha though a BS6 Diesel engine BUT is without AdBlue/Urea. I have never had any issue whatsoever with DPF. My Gurkha has run more than 95% of its odometer reading on the National Highways. I use second car for city commuting not the Gurkha. Engine, Clutch, Gearbox, Radiator, Intercooler, Waterpump, Transfercase, both Axles and Suspension is stock OEM, all intact original without issues, no repairs done either. I dont use roof top carrier. My Gurkha is fitted with Radar Renegade RT+ 265/70R16 on OEM Alloy Wheels. My Gurkha is registered in Jamshedpur city of Jharkhand, and is in pristine condition with no history of any major accident. I have installed LED Projector Laser lights on top of bar of windshield and another pair Tri-Colour LED Projector lights at the fog-lamp slot. Original wiring is intact, no cuts on original wiring. Both front and rear GPS Boult Dashcams installed inside the Gurkha. JK Tyre's Treel TPMS installed on all 5 wheels last year. All accessories and fitment on Gurkha will be handed over to new owner as it is, i wont take out anything. I replaced engine-oil every 4-5 months or 5000kms since beginning, and replaced all other fluids including coolant, gearoil, steeringoil etc at every 1.5 years interval. After the first year of ownership only Liqui Moly, Amsoil and high grade engine oils, lubricants and additives have been used in my Gurkha, have never used the lubricants of service centre thereafter. Overall my Gurkha is very well maintained because it has been used single handedly only for highway touring along with my family. I intend a new home for my Gurkha as i wish to upgrade to another vehicle. I have over Rs.60,000/- worth of essential spares of this Gurkha at home which I had kept for emergency-use on long drive tours, will gift all of them to new owner.
