I have done the following -
1. New fuel filter
2. new original water pump
3. installed original size speakers without making any cosmetic mods in the car.
4. covered the entire base of the car with a steel mesh to avoid rat issues
5. Have a spare set of mirror holders
6. have a spare front bumper part
7. have extra lock knob bases.
8. have 2 spare keys
9. the car has no rust whatsoever. The only place that initially had rust was the original battery tray and the portion under it, got that fixed by welding in stainless steel and repainted the battery tray.
