Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to credit purchases made by dealers on the Motorsingh platform. By purchasing credits, you agree to the terms below.

1. Dealer Credits

Motorsingh offers prepaid credit packs that dealers can use to unlock buyer leads on the platform. Credits are purchased via Paddle, our payment processor.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but credits were not added to your account due to a technical error.
• A duplicate charge occurred for the same transaction.
• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any credits from that pack.

3. Non-Refundable

Credits that have already been used to unlock leads are non-refundable. Partially used credit packs are not eligible for a refund on the unused portion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@motorsingh.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

• Your registered email address
• The date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Cancellations

Credit purchases are one-time transactions — there are no recurring subscriptions. You can stop using the platform at any time.
